In reality there is no recipe... you need a fresh goat cheese and some herbs to burn and make the smoke. Then a good olive oil to eat it.

David (English businessman) has his own vineyard in Bargemon where he produce red, white and rosé. Wine from Bargemon is rare. Bargemon lies in 450 m altitude and there is not much wine growing above this limit.
