Big Handful of black olives (without stone)
Small amount of Anchovies
Small amount of Capers
Pepper
Garlic
Olive oil (not much)
Extra: 1 spoonful of Mare, Cognac or Whisky
Mix it
Sort oliven tarpanade:
Stor håndfuld sorte oliven uden sten
Ansjoser (ca. 7-8 filet)
Kapers (ca. halvt lille glas)
Peber
Hvidløg (4-5 stk.)
Olivenolie, ikke for meget, da oliven i sig selv også har olie
Ekstra: 1 spsk. Mare, Cognac el. Whisky
Mixes så kapers og ansjoser er godt findelt.
